You can get three times the property in both area and quality for 1/2 the price in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York. This is one of the only regions that has seen prices continue to rise, even in the 4th quarter. Lakefront, wine country, lots to offer and the City is trying to do infill development, both commercial and residential. THe last parcel they sold was a couple acres for $100,000!
