Kudos to Dustin for his efforts and accomplishments with regard to RainCityGuide.com and what he has done with this blog.

Kudos to Robbie, for his work on the RainCityGuide.com's Home Search feature.

Clearly these efforts have helped both the consumer and the real estate industry take a peek into the future, and consider what NEEDS to happen. At least those of us who are not afraid to peek :-)

RainCityGuide.com is one of the only, if not THE only, blog that permits a blending of both the real estate industry's viewpoint and the consumer's viewpoint. These discussions will do much to shape the future in a way that benefits both.

Jonathan, I'm not sure I agree.... You're definitely running a tight operation over there at Matrix and I'm still learning (from you!) how to make things come off so professional.
