Jay & Gordon, weren't happy with their current vendor & web site, so they've hired me to build their successors. In case your interested, beta versions of RPA's new <a href="http://rpa.caffeinatedsoftware.com" rel="nofollow">Real Estate</a> and <a href="http://rpapm.caffeinatedsoftware.com" rel="nofollow">Property Management</a> sites are on my server. They've also been very helpful in helping me get early access to the Zillow APIs (which their site will soon be showcasing). Anyway, when you spin off and I finish up w/ RPA, I'd love to provide you a MLS searching tool, worthy of your status. :) He’s been buying my software engineering/consulting time.
