Uh, OK.  Keep your &quot;allowance&quot; and I&#039;ll just offer $10K under list &#039;cause it&#039;s going to take at least that much to replace the purple shag carpet.&quot;

The seller&#039;s might as well just advertise, &quot;The carpet stinks, and we&#039;re overpriced.&quot;</description>

The kind I hate are soft credits (almost no credit) like,  &quot;We know the lime green paint color is terrible and the seller is willing to work with you to offer a credit.&quot;  They might as well say, &quot;Hey, make us an offer and the amount of the credit will be adjusted based on the offer price.&quot;</description>
