I love your kids and their videos. They have such patience with their Dad's antics LOL. So when DOES it close? For all intents and purposes it "closes" the day AFTER it closes from the perspective of the buyer and seller and agent. Move in day and get your checks day is the day after the closing day, in most cases. Unless the mover is prepared to start the move in the middle of the afternoon...

You do realize of course, that in many parts of this Country it DOES close when the buyer is finished signing and the agent DOES hang around for a few minutes and get their checks at the same time they bring the buyer in to sign. You must have had an East Coaster in there. Maybe a few of them :-)
