I think it's due to our high tech employers that we have such a diverse base of customers not to mention the influx from Hong Kong via Vancouver. And I'll bet most Eastside agents have had the same experience. Our area is wonderfully diverse. I was told once that there are 65 languages spoken in Bellevue schools!
