Just today I went to look at a condo here in North Spokane. It was a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom $250,000 condo. I thought it was overpriced. But, after reading your post where you say studios on Eastside start in the lows $300,00, I was amazed at the price difference.

I don’t understand – I remember touring the building’s condos when they opened in the 1980s. Is this a refurbishing again?

Ah, my alma mater. I guess it’s a sore point for many of us, like myself, who attended this high school that it’s no longer a high school that we can visit. : ( I’m also sad that I can’t afford to buy one of the units : ((

P.S. Go to Floor Plate, then ENLARGE and then scroll in four directions. Main building has five floors and there are additional units in the section outside of the main building.

I thought it was interesting for white cabinets to be one of the options. I will be very happy if white cabinets make a comeback!
