Thanks for the quick response. Like I said in my post, I assumed as soon as the ‘users’ spoke, Redfin would react. I look forward to seeing the larger map launched!

Jon! You have inadvertently zoomed in on the most appropriate use for Redfin!

I would much rather see flippers and investors who buy a few homes a year use Redfin, than get a real estate license just to buy and sell their own stuff.

Not talking about you, of course, because real estate is in your family. But the average Joe running out to get a real estate license to cut costs when buying and selling their own stuff. They don’t want advice “obviously”, so Redfin could be an option for them, as opposed to getting into the ranks of real estate agent.

As to the subject of your post…not sidestepping…just not my thing.

Hi, thanks for the feedback. We’re changing the opacity of parcels so that you can see through them to the lot in a few hours. The users have spoken and it will change .

As for the size of the map, design of the page, etc. We are working on that for our next major release, just swapping out the maps this release was enough stress.
