		<description>Now if they only had a weather station along my Issaquah - Redmond commute (SeaTac might was well be Nova Scotia as far as I&#039;m concerned) and somebody would allow me to buy insurance to protect me against adverse traffic conditions, I&#039;d be set. Cool idea though!</description>
