This is a great idea. I am also going through the templates I've created for clients during a transaction (from prequal to closing). It's kind of the same idea as the sent bin as these letters are communication that is constantly sent to clients. I recently added a post to my blog along the lines of what to expect at your signing appointment (which is a also a letter I send)...now I can send this link to my blog to my client instead.

If you have several emails with the same question, make a post out of the answer and send them all the link to it.
