Here’s an idea for a blog article: how to find and reserve the best seats for the SeaFair Torchlight Parade. By this I mean, beyond paying for tickets to sit in the bleachers. I am loving the rain too...it's a nice change of pace.  Then the sun will come out and the air will sparkle again!  Thank goodness I won't have to water so much.
