Sellsius Party is Tomorrow! Joe and Rudy are…

[photopress:joe_1_2_3.jpg,thumb,alignright]I made it through to the Blog Tour USA Hotline. I don’t know what happened in Idaho, but according to the live cam, Joe needs to be scraped off the pavement.[photopress:rudy_1_2_3.jpg,thumb,alignright]
Rudy can’t help Joe, because he fell asleep somewhere while walking down the street. They say his right cheek is stuck to a wall and he seems to be wearing a pair of Joe’s glasses.
But I did find out that they are exactly 382 miles away from my house!
1) They will be arriving tonight around midnight. So tomorrow is as previously planned – on schedule.
2) Joe and Rudy Breakfast at Ardell’s is eggs, sausage, Ardell’s famous home fries, pancakes and syrup and English muffins with strawberry jam. They can have it when they get here, or when they wake up…or both.
3) Joe and Rudy in the double headed shower and then into the jacuzzi bubble bath
4) To Zillow by 10:00. They have requested to meet Rich Barton or Larry Frink. I said it’s David and Drew… But here’s their request for what it’s worth. I’ll email the link to Zillow.
5) 11:15 is Redfin, and anyone who wanted to join us, should meet us there.
6) Glenn Kelman is personally taking Joe and Rudy to lunch! I’ve seen their budget. It’s hotdogs on the corner or chinese take out at his desk.
7) After lunch it’s over to Seattle Center and or Pike Place Market, so call my cell phone 206-910-1000 if you’re trying to hook up with us for The Duck Tour. I didn’t get the tickets in advance as we’re not sure if Joe will be back on the pavement and Rudy stuck to a wall again by tomorrow afternoon. They may need a rest before the big party.

You don’t need to R.S.V.P., but a note here in the comments confirming you “may” be there, would be great. Not sure who from the Zillow and Redfin tour may be coming to the party. Last I heard, Sweet Digs Maven, Marie Hagman was going to give it her best shot.
Kim has been recording “The Joe and Rudy Tour Set” containing six hours of continuous music for the party, and Joe and Rudy get to take it with for the trip home. We hope they like Rock and Roll.
This will be the last announcement. I need to go run the bubble bath for Joe and Rudy.

Rhonda isn’t there some fish you need to be bringing instead? Now Joe and Rudy came through my state (no BBQ aka: Bobby-Q for you guys) but I wasn’t important enough for them to stop ad say hello but anyways, I wish I could hear their piece on how food differs from region to region and how they are adjusting to the time differences going back and forth so much.
PS: Here BBQ is of the pork variety!
Kim is making mega pounds of big spare ribs. They take 6 hours to cook while we are off at Zillow and Redfin, etc…He’s baking them tender.
Ben K. is coming to Redfin and Zillow.

Joe and Rudy just called. They are 88 miles away and pulled over due to high winds and are going to sleep and head over in the morning. So I’m going to bed.
I think they didn’t want us waiting up for them, given our big day tomorrow.

OK, so our plan for this mornings visit is a friendly match of table tennis – after all that driving, we figured some exercise would be in order. Unfortunately there was no request to meet with Rich or Lloyd and both are unfortunately not available but I expect a few more Zillowites to join us. Looking forward to it.

Rhonda, the cake was great. Ardell gave me a bunch of food to take home which I fed to a couple of hungry teenagers. I had a bite of the cake and have a question: did I really eat whipped shortening? What does Borechinni’s put in the frosting?
shortening! That’s their trademark (I usually avoid the corner pieces).
Well, that was fun! Ardell and Kim threw a really warm & welcoming get together for the Sellsius Guys! Whoo Hoo, the day was a fun adventure at Zillow, Redfin, and Pike Place Market.
