I went to geappliances.com and went to the recall item and walked through the process and it worked! I downloaded the rebate form and now I am ready to finalize the process by replacing the dishwasher. One note of interest is that the HOTLINE did not work for me. After three calls and no responses I think that this service spreaks for itself. Good luck, I am out! Since the repair my dishwasher is not working properly. The soap dispensor does not close proper, and it does not shut off it beeps until you open the dooe and leave it open.
