Would be nice to see Pierce County in this since I have property there. This is great to see the latest and greatest trends. Are you encouraged by these results? Thanks

Clivel,

I can only do YOY on closed sales, and prefer to do that on a month to month basis vs. every week.

The weekly stats are to give us an idea of the trend up or down, and whether properties going into escrow and closing are keeping pace with new inventory coming on market.

I'm more interested in where this market is going...than where it's been. But YOY as to closed sales month to month is a real eye opener and I will continue to do those.

I'm doing a special one on Friday showing whether or not homes that should sell are lingering or selling. Four weeks ago I started viewing property in Bellevue/Redmond and picking the ones that should be sold within 30 days. Friday I will be posting whether they sold or not. That will be very telling as to what's happening, or not happening, in this market.

Ardell, I presume the "UP" is from the previous week. To put these numbers in prespective, it would be nice to publish the same numbers from a year ago, if the data is avaliable.
