(And others out there that share her opinion), The NRA did not cause those kids to do what they did. Do you think for one moment; that if the NRA ceased to exist, that would stop the purchase of illegal firearms? No more than thousands of junkies dying of Aids and related diseases due to dirty needles has stopped illegal drug use. I'm sure if the NRA were some kind of liberal tree-hugging organization, nothing would be said, no matter when they had their rally, or what events surrounded it. It's the same old crap. Conservatism has become a 4-letter word in this country. I have nothing but the highest respect for Mr. Heston, for refusing to "hide" his conservatism for fear of not working in Hollywood.
