Compared to some of the foreclosures on the market now this place would still be in relatively good shape if all that was damaged was the front door. It sounds like the place was vacant anyway. I was locked INSIDE a house once -the front door jammed! The back door worked fine, but the deck had no stairs to the yard. I had to call the listing agent to come push on the front door so I could get out :-). And, you've got a good listing it sounds like too, yay! Reba, locks can be really difficult!
