It was a fabulous conversation about the future of the news media, for sure. Oddly I'm on my way to West Seattle for a pre-listing appointment. I rarely go there and the night we're doing The West Seattle Blog is the night we have an appointment. I'll have to check out some of the spots mentioned! Not "Easy Street" of course :) Doubt Kim has to go "see" it, since he started it. But we'd love to run into Matt sometime.

Does anyone know if Matt (current owner and Kim's step-son) hangs out there?

Dustin, being a WS-ite of course I really enjoyed this interview. :) It has me wondering just how much WSB has impacted our community-I'm wonder what WS would be like w/out WSB...I'm thinking we would not have the same sense of community as a whole. It would still be a great place to live...except we'd be missing some of the glue that binds us together.

Also, I added a widget to the sidepanel... I'm pretty sure that when we get close to 4pm today, the widget will update itself and encourage people to join in the conversation! ;)

I don't see a trackback...so I thought I'd share a link to WSB.
