		<description>The lender I referenced above has published ANOTHER rate sheet for the worse--6 rate sheets from one lender in one day (I feel like The Count from Sesame Street).  So just with this one lender, the change in one day is 0.75% in fee/price to the conformnig 30 year fixed.</description>
