Thanks Riley. I really liked your post. It was just a little short on original content, and by our and most mls rules, would be an mls violation. I wasn’t sure how to treat it, so it didn’t make the cut.

Posting the inside photos of another agent’s listing is by most mls rules, not permitted and a violation. So I didn’t want to get you in trouble by giving it wider exposure. You may want to check on that.

Our mls only allows posting of mls photos if it is your listing. Redfin has been fined mega thousands for writing posts similar to the one you submitted to the Carnival. Feel free to call me if you need me to explain further.

So I didn’t pick it to possibly protect you, if that makes you feel better.
