For too long the banks played fast and loose---and now they are paying the price. My personal trainer was granted a loan for an $800,000 condo "in the day!" The banks lent money like literal fools. Now it's time to pay the piper--literally. I'm sorry that I can't be all PC about this--but can't we NOW speak the truth. A lot of truth telling needs to happen. PURGE, financial industry, PURGE!
