(Got a great deal!) The office itself was pretty darn extravagant for a mortgage company, including what appeared to be a conference room with a $50k conference table and over $100k in AV equipment! Sounds like this was part of the illusion that MILA created. Everybody here knew that, the people acquiring these loans did not qualify however they did not sweat it because the loans were eventfully being sold and they were going to be someone else's "headache".
