the revised 2009 High Balance loan limit for San Juan County is $593,750.

Fannie Mae will start purchasing loans from banks/lenders at the revised amount on May 1, 2009.  Hopefully banks and lenders will allow locks at the higher amounts soon.  FHA has been for a while... Fannies been dragging their...well... ;)</description>
