I had no way of knowing my landlord had fallen into default but I will suffer losing my place of residence through no fault of my own. It's a relief to know that I will have a greater length of time to move. I will probably lose my last month's rent and damage deposit from my landlord. I wish there was a way to force my landlord to honor that contract. This law doesn't help that but at least now I won't be scrambling with less than 3 weeks notice!
