Rhonda Porter, CMPS, is a Licensed Loan Originator (#510-LO-32047) at Mortgage Master Service Corporation. She began her career in real estate in 1986 in the title and escrow industry, where she did everything from preparing recordings and policies to managing escrow branches and sales. Her background in the title and escrow has provided Rhonda with an invaluable perspective and has impacted Rhonda’s business tremendously. Since April 1, 2000, Rhonda has greatly enjoyed serving her clients as their Mortgage Planner and Consultant.
A Puget Sound native, Rhonda is proud to be one of the few Loan Originators to have earned a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist designation. Less than one quarter of one percent of Loan Officers today have taken the steps necessary to obtain the CMPS certification. In addition, Rhonda is the Chairman of the Social Media Networking Committee for the Washington Association of Mortgage Professionals. She’s a JP Patches Pal.
