Hi there, Deborah,
Thanks for the round-up!
Here’s another site to keep your eye on: http://www.columbiacitizens.net. It’s more of a wiki than a blog, per se, but it’s a phenomenal resource for people who live in Columbia City (or wish that they did!)
Yes, this is quite useful.
Here is my new blog on Seattle Real Estate in an era of deflation:
http://deflationland.blogspot.com/
It’s largely photos of various overpriced RE with comments from my walks around Seattle. It will also cover when inventory goes parabolic this spring. I’m writing up some coverage on a visit to Ballard, will have it posted tonight.
Enjoy!

Hi Angie,
Thanks for the tip! I *clicked* on the link and got a message that the site was not found, but when I went to Captain Columbia City blog, I found this link to the Wikli:
http://columbiacitizens.net/wikli:current
It looks very interesting, and nice idea for community news! I will keep an eye on it, thanks!
Hi Christian,
I checked out your blog, very interesting (in a good way!) I will add it to my personal blog reading list to see how it goes since it’s just in it’s second month. As you pointed out, the spring season has not even begun (7 lockboxs on a Queen Anne condo!) so I am sure you will have a lot to say going into Spring!
