    Here is my new blog on Seattle Real Estate in an era of deflation:

    It’s largely photos of various overpriced RE with comments from my walks around Seattle. It will also cover when inventory goes parabolic this spring. I’m writing up some coverage on a visit to Ballard, will have it posted tonight.

    I checked out your blog, very interesting (in a good way!) I will add it to my personal blog reading list to see how it goes since it’s just in it’s second month. As you pointed out, the spring season has not even begun (7 lockboxs on a Queen Anne condo!) so I am sure you will have a lot to say going into Spring!
