Craig also helps clients with any other issue relating to residential real estate.  For example, Craig represents clients in breach of contract claims, either where the client wants to escape a contractual obligation or where the client wants to enforce a contractual right.  Craig also helps clients in dealing with difficult neighbors in regards to easements and boundaries.  Craig provides initial consultations free of charge to assist the client in determining whether the issue merits hiring an attorney (which is an expensive proposition).
